Is CareSwaps available outside Colorado?

CareSwaps is a Colorado technology platform that surfaces reciprocal swap and multi-facility swap-chain matching options across senior care communities so families can review operational matches (bed availability, payer acceptance, proximity, and timing) and decide for themselves. Matching is live in Colorado only, with Northern Colorado, including the Fort Collins area, as the initial base. Expansion to additional states is planned once the model is proven; families outside Colorado can request notification when service reaches their area.

Until then the software and network operate exclusively within Colorado. The same compliance boundaries apply: private-pay and commercial insurance only, no clinical decision-making by the platform, cancel-anytime Platform Access.
